North American Title Company

Long time client Dick Schultz chose Köch Construction for
this complex structure. A steel and wood frame house Sonoma County's
premier title insurance company. The striking design, by architect
Del Starret, included sharp intricate detail, all the way down to
the exposed chrome plated carriage bolts.
Red Cross (Keith)

The plaster finish and tile roof of this building disguise the
fact that this building is actually a cost saving, pre-engineered
metal building. Neighbors marveled at the speed at which this facility
sprouted from the ground.
Multi-Tennant Building

Simpson, HVAC, LeDuc, and Cowan Architects chose Köch to
construct this versatile building to house their boss and crews.
Young Insurance
