Healdsburg Mini-Storage

Köch Construction provided the design, engineering, city approvals, and permit on this 76,000 square foot facility. The two story buildings included a structural concrete deck and VRC elevators. The efforts during the design phase resulted in a quality product at an incredibly low cost.

Mission Car Wash and Oil Change

Köch Construction had to match the Spanish style architecture of the existing retail facilities when we took on this premier hand car wash project. The owners were so pleased that they have come back to Köch Construction to complete their facility with a new wing for lubrication service.

Good Shepherd Lutheran School

At this private school in Marine County, Köch Construction added a second floor, including five new classrooms, two bathrooms, a meeting room, and an elevator.
