Berringer/Asti Winery

After competitively bidding the concrete floors for supporting the large wine tanks, they were redesigned with a net savings to the owner of over $50,000.
On the site of the original Italian Swiss Colony, Köch had to first remove the deep foundations from the 9th century facility. Unfortunately the weather delayed the start. However, Köch Construction was able to complete the structure before the seasonal crush.
Berringer is one of the few wineries that chose to make their own barrels. They chose Köch to construct their cooperage.

Berringer Cooperage Facility

Berringer Winery returned to Köch Construction to build their cooperage facility. The cooperage houses state of the art equipment and machinery for wine barrel manufacturing. Berringer’s new equipment was sent from Europe, and despite equipment delays and incessant electrical revisions, Köch completed the project ahead of schedule. The barrel "toasting room" features a special deluge fire suppression system.

Windsor Vineyards Headquarters (Tele-marketing)

After numerous design team meetings and progressive budget calculations; this complex project was completed within budget and on schedule. Working with the Town of Windsor, Köch Construction also provided the new roads that will connect to the new Town Square.
Tom Klein, owner, has been so happy with our leadership on this project that he has negotiated numerous contracts with the main winery.

Mueller Cellars

Desiring both a functional and lasting faculty, Robert Mueller, owner, sought out Köch Construction to complete his project. Housing, a tasting room, offices, and a warehouse all had to be built beneath one roof. This concrete tilt-up building, with panelized roof, met Mueller's expectations.

Rodney Strong Winery

The ownership of Klein Family Vintners has hired Köch Construction to complete a variety of projects with this growing facility.
